General Bonus T&cs
Introduction
These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses, promotions and related offers provided by Okk.bet (the “Operator”). By opting into, claiming, or using any bonus, you accept these terms, in addition to the Site’s Terms of Service and any specific Bonus Terms published with the offer.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Bonus means any promotional credit, Free Bet, stake credit, or other benefit granted by the Operator in connection with a promotion.
- Bonus Funds are the funds credited to your Bonus Balance as part of a promotion and may be restricted to use on certain products or games.
- Bonus Winnings are winnings realised from wagering or using Bonus Funds, subject to these Terms and any offer-specific rules.
- Qualifying Bet means a bet placed using Bonus Funds or real money that counts toward the wagering requirements of a given offer, as specified in the offer terms.
- Wagering Requirements are the total amount you must wager before Bonus Funds or Bonus Winnings can be withdrawn, as stated in the applicable offer terms.
- Offer Terms are the terms that accompany a specific bonus or promotion and may modify or supersede these General Terms for that offer.
Eligibility
To be eligible for any bonus, a player must:
- Be a natural person of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction (minimum age 18 unless local law requires a higher age);
- Have an active, verifiable account with the Operator in good standing;
- Not reside in or access the Operator from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
- Pass any required identity verification checks as determined by the Operator.
Bonus Offers and Acceptance
Bonuses are offered at the Operator’s sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. To participate, a user may need to opt-in via the Promotions page and meet any eligibility criteria stated with the offer. Only one active Bonus may be held at any time unless the offer explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses.
Bonus Funds and Use
Bonus Funds, once credited, are held in a separate Bonus Balance. Real-money funds are used for betting ahead of Bonus Funds unless the offer specifies otherwise. Bonus Funds may only be used for bets that are enabled by the offer terms and are not transferable to other accounts. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable unless the wagering criteria and any applicable conditions have been satisfied.
Wagering Requirements
Each Bonus is subject to wagering requirements published in the offer terms. The wagering requirement is calculated as the multiplier of the total Bonus Amount and any Bonus Winnings, and progress toward completion is tracked on the player’s account. The contribution of bets to satisfying wagering requirements varies by game type and is disclosed in the offer terms; in the absence of specific terms, contributions may be limited as follows: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute a reduced percentage, and live casino contributions may be limited or excluded. A concrete example: a €20 Bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires €500 of qualifying bets before withdrawal of Bonus Funds or Bonus Winnings, subject to offer-specific rules.
Time Limits and Expiration
Bonuses carry a validity period as stated in the offer terms. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated period, the Bonus Funds and any Bonus Winnings may be forfeited and removed from the account. Some offers may impose separate time limits for the completion of wagering requirements.
Withdrawals and Qualification
Bonuses themselves are not withdrawable. Winnings arising from wagering Bonus Funds may be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met and any other offer-specific conditions are satisfied. Withdrawals are subject to the Operator’s standard verification and anti-money-laundering checks. Where an offer imposes a withdrawal cap on Bonus Winnings, the cap will be stated in the offer terms and applies to total winnings derived from the Bonus.
Prohibited Conduct and Breach
Engaging in prohibited activity may lead to the revocation of the Bonus, forfeiture of Bonus Funds and Bonus Winnings, and potential account suspension or termination. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, collusion, use of automated or bot-based systems, exploiting vulnerabilities, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit, and any other conduct that the Operator reasonably deems to manipulate outcomes or breach the spirit of the offer.
Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
The Operator may require identity verification before any payout. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification and documentation supporting address details. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or block withdrawals and may result in the cancellation of Bonus Offers.
Responsible Gambling
The Operator promotes responsible gambling. Players may set deposit limits, time limits, loss limits or request self-exclusion at any time. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should seek help and utilize the Responsible Gambling resources provided by the Operator.
Changes to Terms
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where practicable, material changes will be communicated on the Site. Terms applicable to an offer at the time you claim it shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These General Bonus Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with bonuses or promotions shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures described in the Terms of Service and, where applicable, by competent courts in the licensing jurisdiction.
